Blurb:

Three twenty-somethings dare to do just that! While the two guys take turns to drive, the girl gives voice-over as they record their entire journey on a handycam.

Ab, Sasha and Unnati are ordinary youngsters, rendered special by the feat they accomplish. As they recount their adventures, I crave to live their journey all the more. They look at each other with a glint in their eyes, as if refurbishing those memories, as they narrate their spooky time at Bhangarh Fort, strange escapades at Wagah Border and Sundarbans, car breakdowns, wild animals, near-death experiences and highway robbers! It's nothing less than crazy.

I doubted if I'd ever have the gumption to create such experiences. So I did the next best thing - I penned a book about them, and their roadtrip.

Colorful Notions is a journey of three young hearts on the Indian terrain and into the inner recesses of their souls, giving a new perspective to relationships, love and life.

Review:

Colorful Notion, a story of 3 travelers cum friend, Abhay (aka AB), Shashank (aka Sasha) and Unnati. It is one of the most exciting and interesting books I have read till date. For me, anything which is related to traveling makes me go wow. For me, traveling is life. I can feel every word of the story. Colorful Notion is a story of 3 friends, who plan a road trip which covers North to South and East to West. It has everything in it. Right from the patriotic feeling of Wagah border to the death and life long experiences.

Right from the book cover to the blurb of this book is perfect. Narration of the story is in first person. Author has done a commendable job and has done a lot of research before writing this book. I have visited many places which are mentioned in this book. Description of the places are completely true. But it is less. It could have been a game changer. Moreover, everything seems realistic in this book and it is different than those usual romantic novels.

Likes-
1) Traveling to different places with friends makes your journey so awesome.
2) Itinerary.

I congratulate Mohit for letting us travel to those places through this book. And I recommend this book to people, who loves traveling and yeah, it won't let you down.
