Review:
Story
starts with introduction of Shruthi, her love life and her future husband,
Madhan. Starting of the novel was not very good as everything happened so fast.
Author directly tried to come to the point and it became a drawback for him. Then
the story moves on to the struggle that they both face before their marriage
and how they convince their parents. Shruthi and Madhan was enjoying their
marriage life and obviously if you know someone for like past 3-4 years then
you are surely going to have one awesome marriage life, as the person next to
you will never be a stranger. It was one of the beautiful part of the novel. Then
there comes the introduction of Rahul, which is not expected but the story
after that is not different from the other love stories. Extra-marital affair
is common now a days and it is not bad either. Love can happen anytime,
anywhere and with anyone. Story ends in a beautiful note, leaving a lesson for
all of us. We should forgive because Human beings are not GOD and they do make
mistakes often, it is a part of their life. I completed the novel in 4 hours
and it was a kind of short story to me which could be increased to more 60-70
pages. But I think author has made his point clear and that is appreciable. There
was some grammatical errors and the narration was simple and easy. Book can
surely become your partner in your short journey.
I like-
1) Strong Character of Shruthi.
2) Madhan, as a husband.
3) Shruthi's dad.
I dislike-
1) Rahul and his cunning character.
2) Shruthi's dad.
